The TRX is a suspension trainer and it utilizes gravity against an individual’s own body weight to simultaneously develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability. This is a full body, cardio and strength training class for every level. Bring a towel and don’t be surprised when you start to sweat. Remember to wear your sneakers!

TRX Chair

Don’t plan on sitting and relaxing in this type of chair class. Of all the pieces of Pilates equipment, the chair offers the most athletic challenges. Thrive’s TRX Chair class combines the strength training of the suspension trainer with the athletic conditioning of the chair. TRX Chair will challenge your upper-body and leg strength, scapular and pelvic stability, and most importantly it will challenge and strengthen your core. Unlike reformer and mat classes, TRX and Chair exercises are performed while sitting or standing, which provides an excellent environment for functional and athletic training.
